The Ever-present Adult Industry & Online Casinos

Many of us have an online casino that we prefer to play it time and again.  However, how many of us have taken the time to really investigate the ethics of our casinos of choice?  By this, I don't mean whether they cheat players or use underhanded tactics to gain new members.  What I am talking about here is how many casinos market and sell themselves with the help of the pornography industry.

First of all, please don't think this is a monologue on women's rights or how pornography will be the downfall of civilization, because I don't think it will be.  What I want to know, is why this type of advertising is necessary?
To me, it gives gambling a bad name.  Really, would you buy your furniture from a store that campaigned itself on a sleazy, run-down sexy moms porn site?  And I am not talking about a few scantily clad models either.  These are graphic and dirty sites run without taste and professionalism.

Once upon a time, there was a site by the name of worldcasinogroup.com, but is no longer online.  However, if you do see it in the future, or any sites affiliated with it, use extreme caution.  They would send out promotions for Siversands Casino and Powerbet - to name a few - but in reality were fronts for some nasty and gross Adult "Friend" Finder sites.

Don't try going to this site - it will freeze up your computer: http://www.porn-o-linklist.com/Directory/Casinos/
But here's a list of just some of the casino sites advertising here.  Is your favorite one among them?

49er Online Casino
All Sports Online Betting - Sports Betting
Jack Pot City
Cyber Club Casino
River Belle
Aces High
Capital Casino
Lucky Nugget

And don't forget your most gentlemanly online sports books listed here:

VIP Casinos
VIP Sports
VIP Soccer

This one says its under construction.  In actuality, it is a front for some sleazy companies:

**The Verizon logo is fake - don't believe it!!!**

No longer online, but once serving as a front for the Fortune Group of casinos:

http://www.adultgambler.com

It was pretty graphic at one point in time - probably too graphic - which is why it has been shut down.

Of course there are legitimate casinos who cater to those patrons who like to combine their "pleasures", like those casinos in the Sinsational Group.  But what about the casinos who strictly promote wholesome, clean gambling, but who advertise themselves on these shady porn sites, many of which are illegal to begin with.  Really folks, you wouldn't believe some of the sick porn genres these sites link to.  Many of these people should be in jail.

Would that make you think twice about gambling at casinos who partake in this type of marketing?  Does that say something about their true character?  Believe me, their are many other online casino sites out there just as good if not better than the casino that resorts to unethical means of promoting itself.  Ask yourself this - If the casino is so popular and successful to begin with, why do they even need to advertise in this fashion???  Think about this before you inadvertently help support the existence of some of this sick-minded media.
