Online Keno Site Acquired by Gaming Transaction Inc.

For all the keno fans out there, Keno.com has been acquired by the online gambling management portal, Gaming Transaction Inc.  The website, which was previously owned by Keno Ltd. in Great Britain, is undergoing some changes that include new games and transactional software.

This is Gaming Transaction Inc.’s first venture into the online casino industry, and has stated their excitement about their new step.  It seems they are heading in the right direction with a new management team that includes experienced online casino developers.  Currently, changes are being made by the Canadian website production firm, FourGround Image Inc., which include a brand new design, and as stated earlier, new online casino credit processing software.

The website servers are being tested to handle online gambling traffic and will be fully operational in the near future.  If there is enough interest in the online casino, Gaming Transactions plans to use this acquisition as a means to increase value of share holder stocks. They are just another company trying to get its share of the expected $17 billion in revenue generate by the online casino industry in just four years from now.
